Azteca stables offers boarding, lessons, training, and sales. This is a small operation so all horses are closely monitored. Owner lives on the property, horses are cared for and treated like family. 60 ft Round pen, arena, trails, wash racks, stocks & barn with runs. All horses have out time, and are brought in for feeding. They are fed 2x per day, high quality grain and free access to hay. Lessons and Natural horsemanship training available. I take in nice horses that get along and folks who want to have fun! I can also work and train your horse for you. My love is trail riding and I know how to take a horse to the top in Endurance Racing and love to share my knowledge of the sport with you. Canyon lake trails are nearby and swimming with your horse is quite a treat! Training: If you have a horse that needs to be trained to go under saddle, needs a little more finish, better manners, better headset, etc, please contact me. I use Parelli techniques and do lots of ground work to get them to accept people as leaders! I teach the horse to respect you as a rider and to engage it’s hindquarters, to have better flexion and softness. I do round pen work, arena work, and also trail work. I think a horse to needs be de-sensitized to many environments. I also have a lot of experience with endurance riding, and have an excellent endurance completion record and a lot of knowledge to share about how to successfully get through an endurance ride! I can also help you find a horse, matching horse and rider is important. I look forward to hearing from you!
