2010 P.R.E. Andalusian Dressage Mare with show experience located in Kansas!
Rubi is a 15.2H absolutely delightful mare to train and ride. She has been shown at training level at local schooling shows and handles herself beautifully in new environs. Rubi has it all - tremendous movement with an overstride, in-your-pocket personality, enthusiastic work ethic, and a champion pedigree with rare Guardiola bloodlines.
Rubi is triple registered P.R.E. with ANCCE, Munidal and IALHA - cartas and papers are in-hand. DNA color tested the rare chestnut Aa ee. She will NOT gray. Small crescent star. Rubi began schooling under saddle after her 3rd birthday in a bozal and still goes beautifully at w/t/c brideless.
Her initial training began in a ranch environment with exposure to trails, cows, machinery and the many aspects of ranch life.
This early education has prepared her as an excellent working equitation prospect!
She is super easy in the cross ties, trailering, for the farrier, and has excellent ground manners for handling. Perfect feet, goes barefoot.
Rubi does have energy and a go button, so she is best suited for a confident rider or an amateur working with a trainer who prefers a forward ride.
She is extremely smart, well loved and impeccably cared for and she loves to be groomed and pampered. Rubi is open and never bred, but would make a fine broodmare.
